The family has a no-screen policy for the baby, so we are looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, creative, and engaged throughout the day.

Child-related household responsibilities are intentionally very limited and include:

• Washing and sanitizing bottles and pump parts

This position will also be primarily in-home to start. As first-time parents, Mom and Dad are not quite ready for their baby to leave the home independently with the nanny.

As trust develops and their son gets older, they anticipate gradually adding stroller walks, neighborhood outings, and age-appropriate activities outside of the home. About Our Family: We are a kind, thoughtful, and communicative first-time family with one happy and social baby boy born in March.

He is generally a content little guy who warms up well to new people, although he sometimes prefers having a familiar face nearby while he gets comfortable. He is currently rolling in both directions and working hard on floor time, tummy time, grasping, and other early developmental milestones.

He loves his activity mat, sensory toys, teethers, books, and especially being read and sung to. He currently takes three to four naps each day and loves contact naps, rocking, and shushing. His nursery is set up with a crib, glider, blackout curtains, and white noise to support his sleep routine.

He is almost exclusively breastfed, and the family is preparing to introduce his first solids. He currently has no known allergies, reflux, or feeding concerns.

Mom works fully remotely from a home office located near the nursery. She is typically on calls for approximately two hours per day and has a more flexible schedule outside of those calls, but she remains focused on work during nanny hours. She may occasionally join the baby during a natural break to read him a story or participate in an activity while respecting the nanny's role and routine.

Dad works a hybrid schedule and is typically in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
