Location: Circle of Peace Church, 8430 W Deer Valley Rd, Peoria, AZ 85382
Rate: $20/hour


Schedule: Two Thursdays per month, 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM

The Mom Co of Peoria, in partnership with Nannies for Happy Families, is seeking reliable, caring, and experienced female caregivers to join our Kids Co program — a faith-based childcare experience for children aged 8 months to 5 years.

As a caregiver for Kids Co, you will provide a safe, nurturing environment for our littlest members while their moms connect in community.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Light prep and room setup
     
  • Floating between classrooms (as needed)
     
  • Engaging, hands-on childcare
     
  • Being a friendly, dependable presence for children and families
     

This is a wonderful opportunity to serve in a meaningful way, gain experience in a faith-centered environment, and connect with families who may be looking for future childcare support.

 Job Title: Mother’s Helper/Travel Nanny

The children's ages (18 months)

 He loves music, instruments, blocks, books, golf, basketball. He is very active and interested in so many things as an 18-month-old. 


  Job Highlights:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours are 9am-2pm. (20 hours/week)
  •  Pay: $23 – $25/hour DOE

Responsibilities:

 

  • Light tidying and general cleanup
  • Doing dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
  • Organizing toys, playrooms, and children’s spaces
  • Folding and putting away laundry
  • Wiping down counters, highchairs, and kitchen surfaces
  • Sweeping or vacuuming play areas
  • Restocking diapers, wipes, or nursery supplies
  • Preparing simple meals or snacks for children
  • Cooking basic family meals or assisting with meal prep
  • Cleaning up after meals
  • Supervising play while a parent is home
  • Reading books or engaging in age-appropriate activities
  • Assisting with diaper changes or potty training routines
  • Helping with nap or bedtime routines (if needed)
  • Tag-teaming with parents during busy times (e.g., mornings or dinner prep)
  • Be CPR/First Aid certified
  • Occasionally assist with family errands or light support tasks
  • Be flexible to adjust responsibilities based on family needs
  • the mother will provide a daily checklist of items items—including errands, meal prep, organizing, or household projects
  • Flexibility to pivot between childcare and light housekeeping as family needs evolve 
  • Running small errands (with permission)
  • Helping pack for trips or organize seasonal clothes
  • Assisting during family events or hosting playdates

The kids love arts and crafts and pretend play, building things, doing experiments, playing dress up, playing outside at playgrounds or riding bikes, scooters, etc.


  Job Highlights:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours are 10am-6pm. (40 hours/week)
  •  Pay: $25 – $30/hour DOE
  • Benefits: 2 weeks of PTO, 5 sick days per year, major holidays off (Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.)
  • Flexibility: might need some flexibility on end time, depending on family's needs. 


Responsibilities:

  • Engage children in play and activities under parental guidance
  • Help with feeding, diapering, dressing as needed
  • Assist with school drop-offs/pick-ups 
  • Supervise and engage both children in Afternoon activities (home or outings)
  • Tidy play areas, family spaces, and kitchens
  • Wash, fold, and put away family laundry
  • Prepare meals or snacks/meal prep
  • Load/unload dishwasher and maintain day-to-day kitchen order
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive environment
  • Be CPR/First Aid certified
  • Occasionally assist with family errands or light support tasks
  • Be flexible to adjust responsibilities based on family needs
  • Once children are in school, the mother will provide a daily checklist of items items—including errands, meal prep, organizing, or household projects

Part-Time Nanny / Mother’s Helper Needed in Evenings (North Scottsdale - Frank Lloyd Wright and Raintree)

About Our Family:
We’re two full-time working parents—Mom is a pediatric physical therapist who owns her own clinic, and Dad is a pharmacist. Our 3-year-old son is curious, imaginative, and full of energy. We value kindness, creativity, and shared laughter.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 5:45 PM–7:45 PM
10 hours/week guaranteed

Opportunity for additional hours at a pediatric physical therapy clinic on an as-needed basis (for candidates with flexible availability)

Compensation:
$25/hour

Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys engaging with young children and can play, read, and interact creatively—without relying on screens. Our son loves animals, cars, books, puzzles, dancing, and singing.
Before wrapping up for the evening, we’d love your help tidying the play area.

Bonus if you’re a graduate or post-graduate student with availability to occasionally assist in a pediatric physical therapy clinic with serial casting (training will be provided if needed).
