Job Title: Nanny/Mother's Helper
Location: E Ray Road and S 48th St.
Ref #: HF6100
Start Date: Sep 8th
Children's Ages: 4-year-old girl and 1-year-old girl
Schedule: Two days per week for 3–4 hours earlier in the day, typically from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Days can be any combination of Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, with occasional additional hours on Fridays. The two regular days will be caring for a 15-month-old, while Fridays may include care for both the 15-month-old and 4.5-year-old. Pay is $25–$30 per hour based on experience.
Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone warm, loving, patient, and calm-natured who will take the time to build trust and a genuine connection with our children. Our 15-month-old can take a little time to warm up to new people, so the most important quality is someone who understands this stage, won’t become frustrated, and is comfortable allowing the relationship to develop at her pace.
The ideal nanny is gentle, nurturing, dependable, and experienced with toddlers. Mom works from home, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with a parent being present in the home while still confidently taking the lead with the children.
We are also a fragrance-free home, so the nanny must be comfortable avoiding perfumes and strongly scented products while working. Because the shifts are shorter, we would ideally love someone who lives fairly close to the family, although we are happy to take commute time into consideration when discussing compensation.
Responsibilities: The nanny will primarily care for the family’s 15-month-old, with occasional care for the 4.5-year-old as well. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, attentive, and genuinely enjoys engaging with young children.
Responsibilities will include getting down on the floor to play, connect, and build a trusting relationship, maintaining a safe and loving environment while Mom works from home, and helping keep the children engaged throughout the day.
We would also love someone who is open to planning age-appropriate educational and developmental activities, such as reading, sensory play, music, crafts, outdoor play, and other simple activities that encourage learning, movement, and creativity.
Above all, we are looking for someone who is present, nurturing, patient, safety-conscious, and engaged with the children during their time together.
Requirements:
About Our Family: We are a warm, active, and close-knit family who truly enjoys spending time together. We love being outdoors when the weather allows, staying active, and playing with our kids. We also prioritize healthy eating and creating positive routines for our family.
At home, we are definitely homebodies! We enjoy having a clean, neat, and comfortable home and appreciate someone who will respect and help maintain that environment while caring for the children.
Our older daughter does have a mild nut allergy, so we are looking for someone who is attentive and comfortable following the family’s food and allergy guidelines.
Overall, we are hoping to welcome someone who feels comfortable in our home, enjoys connecting with our children, and can become a trusted and supportive part of our family's routine.

Our Ideal Candidate: We are hoping to find a warm, dependable, and experienced infant nanny who truly loves caring for babies and is excited about becoming a trusted, long-term part of our family. Our little guy is 3 months old, so we would love someone

Because both parents work primarily from home, we are also looking for someone who is comfortable working as part of
a team while still confidently taking the lead with baby's daily routine.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities will mainly focus on baby and helping his days feel calm, engaging, and consistent. This includes preparing and washing bottles, baby laundry, keeping the nursery and play areas tidy, following feeding and nap routines, and creating age-appropriate activities that support his development. The nanny may also drive the child in the future, so a safe and clean driving record is important.
Requirements:
About Our Family: We are a close, active family in North Scottsdale with a sweet 3-month-old little boy. Both parents primarily work from home, and we also have older children and three friendly dogs, so our home is busy, warm, and full of family life.
We are really hoping to find someone who will feel comfortable in our home and become someone we can trust and rely on for years to come. We value kindness, consistency, communication, and having a nanny who genuinely enjoys being
part of a family. Our biggest priority is finding someone who will care for our baby with warmth and attentiveness while helping him feel safe, happy, and supported as he grows. We would love a nanny who can bring their experience and knowledge while also partnering with us as a team. We offer consistent hours, a predictable schedule, a supportive work environment, and clear communication. We hope to find someone who feels less like an employee and more like a trusted extension of our family!
