Job Title: Nanny/On call/Live in
Location: N Scottsdale Road and E Jomax

Start Date: August 11th
Children's Ages: 2 school aged boys
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During school breaks, holidays, and summer vacation, the schedule will shift to 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed.
On-Call Availability: The family may occasionally require emergency or last-minute support. Availability for on-call care is highly preferred and will be compensated at a higher hourly rate.
Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a dependable, flexible, and proactive nanny who can adapt to the family's changing needs during a particularly busy season of life. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional care while supporting the family's day-to-day routines. Also, would love a candidate who is open to traveling with family.
Compensation: $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and flexibility.
Requirements:
We are seeking a calm, patient, and nurturing nanny who is looking for a long-term position and is excited to grow with the family for at least 2 years or more years. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment for the children while confidently creating healthy routines, structure, and consistency.
This nanny should be energetic, active, and genuinely enjoy spending time with children through play, learning activities, and daily adventures. The family is navigating a particularly busy season of life and is seeking someone flexible who can adapt to changing needs and become a true partner in supporting the household.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable driving the children to and from school, activities, appointments, and outings as needed. They should also assist with children's laundry, keeping bedrooms and play areas organized, helping children stay on track with homework and responsibilities, and maintaining age-appropriate routines and structure.
The family would love to find someone open to occasional on-call support for emergency childcare situations. Availability for date nights is a plus. For the right candidate, a live-in arrangement may also be considered.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional nanny experience
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Clean background check
- Clean driving record
- Dependable, reliable, and highly organized
- Comfortable transporting children
- Flexible and adaptable to the family's changing needs
- Seeking a long-term commitment of 2+ years
